Terms of Service

Using the service

You may use Big Sky Cooking for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, scrape protected content at scale, or use the service to violate another person's rights. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos, recipes, feedback, and other content you submit. You give Red Beard LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, display, review, moderate, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and support Big Sky Cooking. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

The Baker's Guild subscription costs $3 per month and automatically renews until canceled. Subscribers can use the Manage billing or cancel control to open Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.

Your first subscription charge is refundable when requested within 7 days. Renewal charges are otherwise non-refundable except for duplicate or incorrect charges or where required by law. The $9 Holiday Quick Breads Fast-Track is a one-time purchase and may be refunded on request within 7 days; refunded Fast-Track access is revoked. Voluntary tips are normally final, except accidental or duplicate payments. Send requests to info@BigSkyCooking.com.

Cooking information and safety

Recipes and cooking instructions are general information. You are responsible for safe food handling and for deciding whether a recipe is appropriate for you. Allergy and dietary information may be incomplete; independently verify ingredients, labels, and cross-contact risks. Any nutrition information is an estimate and is not medical advice. Equipment, ingredients, altitude, and ovens vary, so cooking times and temperatures may need adjustment.

Service and ownership

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the service develops. Big Sky Cooking's original branding, site design, and original editorial material belong to Red Beard LLC or its licensors. These terms do not claim ownership over common culinary facts, standard techniques, or your content.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Beard LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
